This tray sealer offers MAP (Gas flushing) system.
A MAP and skin pack tray sealing machine is primarily used in the food packaging industry to extend the shelf life of perishable products. By employing modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) technology, this tray packing machine replaces the air inside the package with a gas mixture that slows down spoilage and preserves freshness.

This tray sealer machine model offers multicavity molds that can seal 1, 2 or 4 trays at the same time, so the production speed can go from 450, 800 or 1200 trays per hour approximately.

- The tray sealer's mold can be exchanged for other molds in case you want to seal different trays using the same sealing machine.
- These molds can be customized to any tray of any size.
- The machine's panel can be also customized with your brand.

*This tray sealer machine requires a 3HP compressor, not included.
*Food grade and stainless-steel materials.
